Learning Objectives:Participants will:

  • Recognize the faces and types of insurance fraud.
  • Identify red flags that signify potential scams.
  • Comprehend and articulate the financial and ethical costs associated with fraud.
  • Acquire knowledge about disaster fraud and its implications.
  • Understand governmental and industry responses to combat insurance fraud.
  • Examine real-life examples of fraud, including premium diversion, fee churning, asset diversion, and workers’ compensation fraud.
